Works good
It works the only problem is that doesn’t start up on the first try of turning it on.

Works fine, seller is responsive.
The system looks used but not abused. Controller appears off brand, plain pink controller, no brand marks. N64 is dn’t appear to work at first. Did all the old school tricks and finally got it to work. The power adapter had a little tab that was not locking into place so I had to tape it until I found the issue and gently bent the tab so it would “catch” and stay in place. Works as expected now with the exception of the controller. The joystick is stuck in the “up” position, I’ll have to dink around with it. I had contacted seller to return the unit and they were very prompt in approving the return. I canceled the return after getting the system to work and stay powered on. May contact again about the controller but haven’t yet. I have used the system with a component adapter that came with my TV and on another newer tv that I could plug it right into. No issues as far as using with newer TV’s. Also works with epson projector. I’m thrilled to have another N64.

Ok, so I just received my n64 mario paper. And went to try it. The n64 I was sent, had crappy eva wires. So now I have to buy new. Thank a lot.

Reliving my childhood uncompromised
My sister knows I loved those old pokemon 64 games, and got me pokemon snap for my birthday, believing I still had my old 64, which was stupidly given away when I went to college. So instead of getting it from ebay or gamestop, not wanting to take a risk with all the horror stories, I tried amazon.And I’ve got to say, 100% satisfied! Comes with everything you need, system, cables and controller. Though the controller did have a loose joystick, its to be expected with older systems. And the system itself was pristine, except for one scratch about an inch and half long. All the stickers looked good, not frayed or worn out. Everything that came with it was original, except for the video cable, that was generic and unlabeled, which was no surprise, since after the controller that was the first thing to go bad.Plugged in and the second I flipped to switch to on, started immediately, no lag at all! One thing I have to get used to once again, is the short controller cable, but i’ll live.Currently looking for the best solution to use it with hdmi, so i can take it around with my portable projector, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Broken power adapter
Ordered my N64 during quarantine. When I opened the package and the power adapter was broken. The small piece in the back had come undone. Making me not able to use the N64 at all.

Falsely Advertised
Falsely Advertised. I just received this package contenting the Nintendo 64, only to find out it doesn’t have the original brand name “Nintendo” controller with it. It has a knock off. On Amazon it displayed the original controller. The first Nintendo 64 didn’t play any sound on any of our televisions, but came with all original brand accessories as described. This one did not. I even took screen shots to prove this.

N64 did not work
BLUF: The system did not work. I spent the better part of a day chasing down solutions for connectivity issues, swapping RCA connectors, using an RF adapter and an HDMI converter. Finally I discovered GameStop had a monitor they could test for the video signal and it wasn’t pushing one.The good: The system was pretty clean, had all its parts, and an original control with it. They processed my refund fairly quickly.The rest of the bad: I tried calling the number on the return label and got sent to a voicemail that wasn’t setup. I printed the labels but had to pay for my own shipping. So I wasted a few hours and paid $10 shipping for a system that didn’t work.

I got the complete bundle well worth the price everything was in perfect working order with the exception of one minor hiccup which after contacting the seller was fixed extremely promptly, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the sellers product. 10/10If you want to get one for yourself I have to say this is the person to get it from.
